Arhitect Technician/Assistant

Cobalt has the pleasure of working with a residential developer based in London’s West end that develops residential real estate across London and the South East. They are currently looking for a talented architectural assistant to join their team and help manage all technical drawings for planning applications on a growing portfolio of residential new build developments.

This is a great opportunity to move client side and gain exposure to the client aspect of development and experience life across the full project life cycle.

Remuneration; £22,000 – £30,000 (dependant on experience).

Requirements;

  • Architectural degree or industry equivalent
  • Knowledge and experience in the residential sector; new build, PRS, refurbishment
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUP
  • Ideally located in or near London
