Cobalt is working with an established A1 main contractor who has an excellent track record of completing a wide range of large scale building projects. They have a strong pipeline of projects and are looking to expand there team to bring on an experienced Architectural Coordinator.
They are looking to bring an experienced individual who has completed multiple residential developments, either private condominiums or HDB projects. This role will be required to lead the subcontractors and ensure the quality of work.
You will have ideally seen through projects from start to finish and be able to work independently. In return, you will secure yourself with a stable forward-thinking organisation that has a good pipeline of projects.
