Cobalt is currently assisting a turnkey contractor in their search for an experienced Architectural Manager who have good experience dealing with design and build industrial projects.
As an Architectural Manager, you will be involved in overseeing the various construction and designing of the project processes. This includes developing, organizing and reviewing building plans as well as liaising with the relevant stakeholders, conducting site visits and have good knowledge in the code of practice and statutory regulation.
Requirements:
- At least 8 years of experience in building construction with a degree in Engineering/ Architecture or its equivalent
- Must have Main contractor and local experienced
