About the Company:
This is a kiwi owned and operated architectural practice which developed a large footprint in the commercial & multi unit residential industry. With over 20 years in the New Zealand market, this practice is now looking for an Architectural Technician to join their team.
About the Role:
As an Architectural Technician, you will be working alongside a Senior Architect on a variety of commercial & multi unit residential projects.
Your duties will include:
- Prepare documentation for building consent
- Deal with Contractors, Consultants, and Council
- Make detailed drawings of building structures
About you:
- You will have a B. Arch / M. Arch
- 5+ years working experience in a New Zealand practice
- Knowledge in Revit
