About the Company:

This small architectural practice has developed a large footprint in a wide variety of project sectors. Lead by a Director with a positive outlook on life, this practice has grown from strength to strength over the last few years, and they are now looking to grow their team yet again.

About the Role:

As an Architectural Technician, you will work alongside the Registered Architects on Residential, Commercial, Education and High End Residential project.

Your duties will include:

  • Liaise and understanding client briefs  
  • Preparation of documentation 
  • Managing design support services for detailing and refining of design work
  • Coordinate projects from inception to completions 
  • Deal with Contractors, Consultants, Council and Clients 
  • Providing technical support and solutions

About you:

You will have a Architectural Qualification (BAS/MAS), 5 years plus experience in the New Zealand market, experience in either AutoCAD / Revit (organisation support both) and a passion for your industry.
