Asset Manager – Retail focused
A boutique Developer and Asset Manager is seeking a hire to join their team in London to manage existing Retail and mixed-use portfolio across the UK.
Salary: £40,000-55,000 + bonus and benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying and actioning value add opportunities across the portfolio.
- Leasing and rent reviews.
- Development advisory work to business partners of the firm.
- Occasional financial modelling to appraise Asset Management initiatives or Development Valuations.
Requirements:
- MRICS preferred but not essential.
- A highly numerical and astute candidate with a passion for Asset Management.
