A leading UK Asset and Development Manager is currently seeking a Surveyor to join their team as an Asset Manager, based in Central London.
You will be responsible for supporting the Directors on major town and city centre redevelopment schemes across the UK.
Typical schemes will involve active and strategic asset management, place-making and development work. This will be across a range of asset classes including: offices, high street retail, shopping centres, leisure, hotels and residential.
The ideal candidate must have:
- Real Estate degree qualified.
- Excellent numerical skills and ability to model using excel.
- Previous UK real estate surveying experience.
Salary will range from £27,000 to £40,000 plus bonus (dependent on level).
Office is based in Central London.
