Asset Manager – 6 Month Contract
A leading fund manager is seeking an Asset Manager to join their team for an initial period of 6 months, with potential to be extended. The position will start on 2nd January 2018.
Working across a number of key UK funds, the role will be focused on reporting to the Property Fund Managers and working as a sub team managing the property assets of a funds with a view to enhancing value for the benefit of shareholders/policyholders and mitigating risk.
The aim is to deliver consistent long term out performance and meet the strategic objectives and risk appetite of the funds in accordance with all applicable policies, procedures and guidelines.
The role is reporting to the Head of Property and is paying the equivalent of an annual salary of up to £70,000 all in, potentially more for the right candidate.
Interviews will take place in November.
