Asset Manager, Associate Director Level
Salary from £55,000 – £68,000 per annum
A leading Property Company that specialises in the Asset Management and Development of public sector properties throughout London & the South East is seeking to hire an Associate Director Asset Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maximising values across this Estate, advising multiple clients and stakeholders (such as residential development managers). The predominant asset class will be office, retail, and health-care assets. Another key elements of the role will be providing Red Book Valuations.
This role is ideally suited to a RICS accredited candidate, with a Valuation background, who is looking to move into a strategic Asset Management position.
