Asset Manager (Senior Surveyor) – North London – Mixed Commercial Portfolio

Salary from £48,000 to £52,000 per annum.

Plus benefits package and car allowance.

A leading real estate consultancy is seeking an Asset Manager at Senior Surveyor level to be seconded to a local authority client based at their offices in North London.

This position would be suited to an Asset Management professional looking to join a small property team managing a mixed commercial portfolio worth £1 billion. This portfolio is is under a huge amount of regeneration so this is a fantastic opportunity to be involved in a prestigious scheme.

As an asset manager you will be working alongside the Head of Property Services and Principle Surveyor to ensure an excellent service of property consultancy, estates management and strategic asset management in support of corporate initiatives.

As a highly established business within the real estate market they offer fast career progression and flexible working hours.

Key requirements:

  • Degree qualified.
  • Member of RICS.
  • Proven management experience in commercial real estate.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
