Assistant Building Manager

Cobalt Recruitment is working alongside a global property management company in the search for an Assistant Building Manager to be based at an impressive multi-tenanted site in the City. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn from the best and establish yourself within an extremely highly regarded organisation.

  • Assisting in setting, managing and reconciling the service charge budget.
  • Undertaking frequent inspections and assisting with audits to ensure H&S compliance is displayed consistently.
  • Communicating with tenants, stakeholders, contractors and senior staff members on a regular basis to ensure and smooth and efficient day to day running of the building.
  • Supervising both the hard and soft service delivery and ensuring that all contract works are carried out in a punctual, safe and cost effective manner.

With previous managing agent experience, you will be required to assist with setting and managing the service charge budget as well as dealing with the outsourced contractors. With a big emphasis on displaying a high level of service, this will be a very client facing role. An IOSH qualification is preferred.
