Assistant Land Buyer, Cheshire
£25,000 – £30,000 plus benefits

Our client is a leading regeneration specialist with a proven track record in the delivery of development schemes across the UK for both the public and private sector.

The Cheshire team now requires an Assistant Land Buyer to assist with the coordination of tender submissions to local authorities and housing associations for estate regeneration and housing led development projects. Other responsibilities will include:

  • Assist with post selection contracts and planning negotiations
  • Support the team with the management of multi-disciplinary teams including architects, engineers, planning consultants and internal project management specialists to create masterplans
  • Maximise the financial viability of schemes and co-ordinate written bid submissions

Successful candidates must be passionate about the construction and housing markets, highly motivated and able to work on under their own initiative as well as part of a team. Some experience of preparing submissions including development appraisal modelling is required for this role and a background in town planning would be advantageous.
