Assistant Surveyor
Based South Manchester

My client is a busy, local practice with a thriving agency presence across Cheshire. Due to a sustained period of growth, they are looking to recruit an Assistant Surveyor to the team.
This role will be ideally suited to a candidate part-way through their APC, who is looking to move into a rounded general practice position. Candidate who possesses a RICS accredited degree will also be given full consideration.
Key duties will involve assisting the Partners with lettings, acquisitions and disposals through to proactive management of a small number of management instructions and advising clients on landlord and tenant matters. Full support will be given to candidates who are working through their APC.
