My client is a leading asset management firm who are looking for a Real Estate Investor Relations individual to join their team on a 10 month maternity cover contract. You will be the London Office based point of contact and information source for all international clients and the sales and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities:

  • Act as main point of contact for the real estate product range for the Sales and Marketing teams
  • Manage internal and external client relationships through day to day contact both over the phone, email and face to face
  • Assist the PR and Marketing teams with the material for roadshows, conferences and events
  • Support the new product launches and strategies
  • Work with the business global product management team to ensure global consistency
  • Take responsibility for new client on boarding processes

Key Skills and personal attributes required:

  • Must have experience working in the Real Estate industry working in an Investor Relations capacity
  • Must have excellent written and verbal skills and a sound working knowledge of investment management and real estate
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills
