• Civil and Commercial Litigation Lawyer: 5+ year level – top grades needed, a good mix of work and the chance to get into court and mediations. The firm has a social culture and you’ll be given a good level of file management responsibilities so that you can be involved in disputes from start to end, working as part of a broader team.

• 5+ year corporate and commercial lawyer with a partnership track. A range of work including joint ventures, M&A, shareholder arrangements, general commercial contracting, company structuring and small-medium sized business transactions as well as assisting start-up companies with growth.
