A client of mine who are a market leading Block Management company throughout the UK are looking for someone to join their North London and Essex office. They are looking for a Block Manager to take on and manage a newly acquired local portfolio of New Build developments.

In this role you will be given the opportunity to put your own stamp on a new portfolio and build new and long-lasting relationships with leaseholders and developers. The day to day responsibilities for this role are to oversee and manage any major Section 20 works, manage and monitor Service Charge budgets, work closely with all on-site staff and carry out regular site inspections.

Candidate requirements:

  • IRPM qualified.
  • Section 20 experience.
  • Strong communication and presentation experience.
  • Comfortable in dealing with budgets.
  • Previously carried out site inspections.
  • People management skills.
  • Up to date Health & Safety knowledge.

The working hours are Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:30 with occasional evening meetings.

Salary provided is £30,000 – £40,000 + excellent company benefits.
