Business Analyst – Yardi Implementation

Full Time – Contract Day Rate

£500 to £650 p.d.

Our Client, a Global Real Estate fund management company is looking for a Yardi Voyager Implementation Business Analyst to join their existing Implementation team to assist with the roll-out of their Yardi Voyager platform across the EMEA and APAC regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible supporting the key business stakeholders and end users on the roll-out of the Yardi Voyager platform and be required to assist in the design, delivery, testing and implementation project stages.
  • You will also work closely with existing project teams to ensure the Yardi Voyager platform is fully integrated with the business’ operating model within a highly governed and structured environment.
  • Work closely with strategic global business partners, regional operational teams, change programme resources and other key stakeholders
  • Assisting with the design and delivery of business process change to optimise the implementation of the Yardi Voyager software.
  • The role will also involve liaising with Yardi implementation consultants as well as other internal teams.

Key Person Specifications:

  • The successful candidate will have excellent working knowledge of Yardi Voyager and demonstrable experience of major project implementations.
  • Strong background and experience within the Real Estate industry.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • You will hold a distinct advantage if you possess previous experience of large-scale system implementations, ideally multi-jurisdiction implementations.
  • Strong financial services/investment management knowledge is desirable.
