Business Development Manager – PRS
Salary from £40,00 – £70,000 per annum
Our Client was successfully launch two years ago as the residential sales arm of a developer. The company’s success within the property market is based on offering a refreshing consultative relationship sales approach combined sustainable high-quality product. They now, have over 12,000 in their immediate pipeline and are expanding into the Build to Rent / PRS arena.
This role will have a focus firmly on targeting conglomerate investment funds and family office throughout the UK and International markets for sales of portfolios of properties. This is an excellent opportunity to establish yourself in the centre of this growth plan and become the cornerstone of the business.
The role will be fast paced and varied, with and business to business selling. It will require a confident self-starter who can take advantage of the high-level training and support provided, to subsequently take ownership of meeting their personal and company targets in order to achieve their earning potential.
Key business development skills and responsibilities:
- Previous experience in the property investment sector is preferred however, experience in other sectors is also acceptable, providing you can prove that you possess the transferable skills.
- The ability to listen effectively, allowing you to build strong relationships quickly and facilitate being a consultative seller.
- To establish strong relationships with corporate funds and family offices in the United Kingdom and International field.
- To continuously build strong client (b2b) relationships by understanding specific client needs and ultimately ensuring their confidence and remit.
- Natural flair for confidently and eloquently engaging with clients of High net worth and dealing with corporate board level experience is required.
