My client, a leading UK construction consultancy, is looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team in London. The role will involve following up on enquiries and new business leads, reviewing success rates and budgets on new business opportunities and inputting on Business Development discussions. The role will have the responsibility of all client entertainment and events, completing PQQ and ITT questionnaires, as well as corporate marketing and branding.
The successful candidate will have previous Business Development and marketing experience. High levels of organisation and previous experience of Microsoft Office packages, particularly Publisher and Powerpoint is advantageous. Strong communication skills are essential for this role to represent the client at networking and industry events. Previous experience within a construction, PQS or architect firm is also essential.
