We are currently assisting Singapore’s leading property developer to recruit for a centre manager. This is for one of the retail mall’s property that is located in Central Singapore.
Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and management of property, including administration services
- Ensure that regular inspections of the property are conduction: preventive maintenance, installation of facilities and equipment
- Ensure all term contractors are properly and efficiently carried out
- Ensure all tenants & contractors are complying with the building regulations and codes
- Oversee marketing & communications effort
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate / Facility Management or equivalent
- At least 8 years experience in property & facility management
- Familiar with best maintenance practices of all mechanical & electrical equipment
