Our client is a real estate service provider looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their Building Consultancy team. Based in the heart of Central London, the successful individual will be exposed to a wide range of professional and project work for investors, lenders, occupiers, developers and the public sector.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Contract admin of small and large projects.
  • Building Surveys.
  • Technical due diligence.
  • Dilapidations for private and public sector.
  • Planned maintenance.

Experience:

  • MRICS with some previous experience in a similar role.
  • A client focused approach.
  • Commercially astute.
  • Client management and business development.

Remuneration

£250 LTD per day.
