Cobalt Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a Chief Investment Officer to join an established Singaporean real estate investment group with a mandate to go and grow the portfolio significantly across the region.

We are looking for a market leading candidate who is an expert in the commercial real estate sector, someone who has a track record in sourcing and delivering highly successful real estate investments on an international level. This role will have a global mandate, in particular, Asia Pacific.

Identify potential strategic real estate investment trends and opportunities.
Creates and maintains a team of professionals (internal or external) to originate, analyze, finance, close, manage and sell real estate investments.
Leads underwriting and due diligence activities.
Oversees closing of transactions.
Responsible for the overall management of the investment group.
Knowledge of the hospitality sector.
