My client is a FTSE100 Investment Manager who manage assets and investment globally. This business is looking to hire a Head of Client Development to sit on its Solutions team to manage the distribution strategy of Real Asset products to UK clients.

Job description:

  • Working on the distribution of strategy or Real Asset products to UK client to grow revenue and maintain existing revenue – the purpose of this is to promote opportunities for future product development
  • You will be engaging with strategic clients and leading with consultant relations and other stakeholders
  • Responsibility for managing internal sales teams’ relationships and directing the external message
  • You will be managing relationships with existing clients and developing business and relationships with new clients
  • Implementation and execution of multi-tier CRM contact plans across all clients
  • Managing internal relationships ensuring the effective flow of information in to and from the team
  • Leading the selling of products and investment solutions-based n client requirements – this will be in conjunction with fund investment, product specialist and solutions colleagues
  • Working closely with IR to product presentations, market updates RFI’s and RFP’s – this will be to drive the development of marketing strategies and materials

Skills:

  • Experience in the UK Real Estate market
  • Experience in a Business Development role in asset management
  • Must have Real Estate and Infrastructure experience
