An exciting position has arisen within a property services company in South East London. The role will be integral to the sales and lettings teams and incorporate social media and community relations.
There is fantastic earning potential above the base salary, with bonus paid per valuation booked.
- Generate new business for the company by booking market appraisals and property valuations for clients
- Maintain the client database to generate new leads and business
- Drafting campaigns for community engagement campaigns
- Promote the services of the company
- Build and maintain client relations
- Scheduling social media
The ideal candidate
- Previous experience within a similar role
- Client relations background
- Bubbly and enthusiastic personality
