Client Side – Pub Building Surveyor

Cobalt are working closely with a leading pub landlord. They have a vast range of pubs across the UK, but the specific focus for this role will be in Southampton.

Remuneration:

£45,000 – £55,000 + package

This is an excellent opportunity to work on the client side. The position is field based, you will manage your own diary, and have the option to work from home during the week.

The focus within the role will be to oversee tenant refurbishment, and the general maintenance of the pubs. Also, some experience of property law, dilapidation’s, and working with buildings and statutory compliance regarding gas/electric/asbestos etc. will be useful.
