Our client is a long-standing Auckland based firm looking to recruit an experienced commercial and property lawyer for a 9 month period to cover parental leave. You will work on an interesting mix of quality commercial and property matters from business structures and strategies, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and commercial contracts to subdivisions, construction projects, ownership structures across a variety of sectors. The team is made up of senior and junior staff and offers a friendly and supportive working environment.
The ideal candidate:
- 4 years+ PQE with a solid experience within commercial and property matters;
- NZ practising certificate;
- Able to work with a reasonable amount of autonomy;
- Available to start immediately.
