Our client, a Financial Services Software Solutions provider, is seeking a Commercial Finance Manager to join their team. The firm provides software, outsourcing, training and consultancy to firms across the EU.

Providing solutions to 30% of the FTSE 350, the firm has grown exponentially over the last 5 years.

Joining the team in London, the successful candidate will oversee the financial management of the business. The candidate will work with the Senior Management Team including the Managing Director, Finance Director and Director of Sales.

Responsibilities:

· Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, liaising with the business to ensure they are aligned with the final budget

· Prepare monthly management accounts including month end back-up schedules and reconciling balance sheet accounts

· Be the primary contact for management and directors on financial questions

· Improve efficiency and put in place robust financial systems and processes

· Work with the business to improve internal systems

· Liaise with auditors

· Manage the finance assistant

Requirements:

· Qualified accountant (ACA or ACCA)

· A desire to work for a small, fast paced, entrepreneurial business

· Good commercial acumen and strategic business knowledge
