Commercial Property Administrator

Knightsbridge

£40k p.a

Our client is a long established private property company based in Knightsbridge who were founded in 1936. This client is an active investor focusing on residential and commercial markets in London and South East. Their current assets are in excess of £1billion and they currently have a leading position as a residential investor and Landlord in the UK. A brand new role has arisen, for an experienced Commercial Property Administrator to join the team. Their current portfolio compromises 25 properties across London, mostly multi-let office properties plus some retail and development.

Role and Responsibilities;

  • Sourcing, checking and updating information such as leases, floor plans, service charge accounts, audits and surveys
  • Preparation of presentation material for reporting purposes
  • Managing data submission for budget and portfolio performance
  • Preparing quarterly reports
  • Dealing with correspondence from tenants, contractors, lawyers and other consultants
  • Assisting with insurance cover renewals

Skills/Experience Required;

  • Experience in a similar role within commercial property is essential
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft packages
  • Positive, can do attitude
