Our Client is the world’s number one Airline operator and manages some of the world’s best transit lounges. The Engineering development team is looking to bring onboard a Construction Consultant on a two year renewable contract to mange the development of the terminal 3 lounges.

In this role you will have comprehensive knowledge and experience of all site and buildings systems to resolve inherent issues, review and assess buildability to ensure smooth delivery of each phase. There is added complexity to this project as it involves external works like curtain wall facade, M&E services such as kitchen exhaust, plumbing, sanitary and slab coring works. As timely delivery of the project is key, you will develop, review and assess programming logic for the phased project and ensure smooth transition for operations.

To be successful in this role you will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in complex, high end hospitality A&A projects. You will have strong experience in building systems, project sequencing and previous experience in managing A&A works in a live environment.
