Our client has a growing national Corporate team and has a position for an intermediate or mid-senior level lawyer in its Wellington team. The partners do top quality M&A work, advise on joint venture arrangements, regulatory matters and provide general commercial advice to it’s clients (e.g. in the fintech and IT sector). There will be work with a varied client base including large corporates, public sector institutions, those in the energy, mining, oil and gas sector as well as growing NZ businesses.

You will be someone with 3+ years experience in a well-regarded corporate/commercial law team (ideally in private practice but those with good academics from an in-house background will be considered). You’ll be passionate about further developing a career in the field and learning from experts in the field.

This is a chance to be involved in some of the best corporate and commercial legal work in the country.
