A global consultancy is looking for a Senior Surveyor to join their Corporate Real Estate team.
The salary is between £38,000-45,000.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Analysing new acquisition potential
- Managing properties within the existing portfolio
- Preparation of new tenancy documentation
- Visiting sites to deal with any issues and inspections
- Liaise with contractors and suppliers and ensure tenants are satisfied
- Deal with any insurance claims
