This private real estate investment management firm with more than six billion pounds in assets under management is looking for a professional and corporate receptionist for their front of house. The purpose of the role would be to welcome visitors, maintain communication within the company, provide administrative support when necessary.

You would be responsible for:

  • Managing and coordinating busy meeting room schedules
  • Welcoming visitors by greeting them and providing refreshments
  • Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, video conferences and audio conference calls
  • Provide occasional secretarial support and contributes to team effort
  • Receive direct and relay telephone, email and fax messages. Look after the phone switchboard
  • Pick up and sort through mail. Book couriers when needed
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager & Operations Coordinator
  • Provide logistical support for meetings
  • Help with expenses

You would ideally have:

  • Previous experience in a corporate reception role
  • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent telephone and general communication skills
  • Ability to multitask under pressure whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality of work
  • A positive and can- do attitude
  • A professional, polite and diplomatic approach to all situations
