One of the UK’s leading property consultancies is looking for a CPO surveyor to join their Development team.
The salary for this position is between £40,000 and £50,000.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Advising on the compulsory purchase process.
- Site assembly negotiations.
- Working with development, planning, financial consulting, and other teams to provide integrated client advice.
- Preparing estimates of compensation payable.
The successful candidate will be/have:
- MRICS.
- An interest, or previous knowledge, of CPO surveying.
- Numerate and analytical.
