Our client is an exciting and active real estate developer who has been developing new and upgrading existing properties locally and across the region.
With the increased activity they are looking to grow their business and have created a new Design Manager position. This role will work within the lean team to assist with handling their design requirements.
You will have at least 3 years of relevant experience, ideally on the developer side and have handled the design management for either Commercial, Retail, Hospitality or Residential properties and ideally across multiple types. You will need to be fluent in Mandarin as you will be required to liaise in Mandarin with their China office and consultants for their projects in China.
