Our client is an international developer spearheading a landmark development/precinct. The proposed development is expected to be completed in phases and will be a multi-generation endeavor that will bring together nature, architecture, master planning, sustainability and engineering expertise.

As the Design Manager, you will lead the project team and work closely with various stakeholders, government agencies and statutory boards during the planning, design, tender and construction stages. In addition, you will prepare tender documents and contracts, and review design drawings and specifications.

To be successful in this position, you will have at least 5 years of relevant experience in design and execution of building construction and landscape works. Candidates who are strong in design and project management with a good track record of delivering projects would be an advantage.
