Cobalt is working with a boutique real estate investment firm that has exciting regional plans for 2018. They are looking to add a new headcount to their experienced group to manage their projects and development.

This role will be working under a real estate development expert across the entire region handling developments across a wide variety of sectors. Not only is a strong foundation in Project Management required but understanding the full development cycle and ability to identify risk and create value for the asset throughout the entire process.

You will have at least 15 years of experience and be able to work across cultures, influence stakeholders and drive vendors. You will be independent as you will not have a large team and structure to rely upon but in return, you will be rewarded with an excellent remuneration package and an opportunity to utilise your entire skillset. You will be able to deliver detailed feasibility studies and manage the timeline, budgets and delivery across multiple projects in multiple countries.
