The Role

This role will be to take ownership of the firm’s capital raising efforts. The Partners are currently managing this process and there is a team who carry out the IR/Reporting function. This role would be to take the responsibility of fundraising and liaising with the team internally responsible for IR in order to successfully run the entire Capital Raising/IR function. The successful candidate will manage and cultivate existing investor relationships but there will also be a focus on going out and leveraging off an existing network to establish relationships with new investors, whether they be institutional investors, family offices or indeed HNWI.

The Candidate

The successful candidate will have a successful fundraising track record. This position is for someone who enjoys the business development and relationship building aspect of Capital Raising. In addition to this the individual will have experience within and knowledge of UK Property, specifically Residential Real Estate. Relationships with investors in the UK and further afield will be hugely advantageous as would experience of raising specifically debt funds. The key focus though would be for an individual with a passion for property and an established track record in fundraising.
