Our client, a real estate development company that invests in, develops and manages high-end residential and commercial assets, are seeking to appoint a Director of Sales and Marketing with minimum 12 years of regional marketing and sales experience for their team. Based in Singapore, you would lead on Sales and Marketing in APAC and travelling is required.

The successful candidate will be involved in strategic business plans, driving sales and marketing efforts and leading in achieving revenue goals. You will have strong regional experience and a good understanding of the residential industry in APAC.

• Marketing Strategy and Budgets:

  1. Lead global marketing strategy, positioning and sales of a luxury residential project
  2. Marketing plan, PR plan and budgets
  3. Involved in conceptualization and responsible for execution of marketing collateral, advertising channels and other necessary promotional materials and methods

• Sale Management, Buyer Engagement and Service:

  1. Responsible for managing sales process – from sourcing and identifying potential buyers to registering of interest to discussions with potential buyers and closing documentation
  2. Buyer liaison during construction period
  3. Travel may be required, on a needs basis

• Management reports:

  1. Monthly performance reports (with regular presentation to shareholders)
