Cobalt Recruitment is seeking a standout Facilities Manager to manage an estate in a landmark UK sporting location. Taking ownership of a mixed-use portfolio with a focus on commercial offices, this role will see you joining the team within a global real estate business with an excellent development programme in place and a culture of internally promoting where possible.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and managing service charge budgets;
  • Taking responsibility for all H&S compliance across the estate;
  • Assisting with tendering for external contractors, managing them effectively once in place to ensure service level agreements are met;
  • Ensuring the effective planned and reactive maintenance of building fabric and plant;
  • Direct line management of internal on-site employees;
  • Building relationships with tenants.
