I am currently recruiting for interim estates surveyor to cover long term maternity leave for my local authority client based in Hampshire

Remuneration

£175 to £220 Per Day – Depending on Experience

Responsibilities

  • Property management of a mixture of industrial and office space
  • Progressing licences for alterations
  • Negotiating new leases, lease renewals
  • Dealing with Rent Reviews
  • Instructing and managing the progress of dilapidation
  • Ensure tenants and landlord meet their lease obligations
  • Debt management
  • Ensure timely income of rents and service charge

Individual must be pro-active and a team player where required

Qualifications:

  • Have attained or be working towards a professional qualification ideally RICS
  • Degree educated in a property related subject is advantageous
