Cobalt Recruitment is a leading international search and recruitment provider within Property, Construction & Engineering, Financial Services & Accounting. We have offices in the UK, Europe, Middle East, Asia and New Zealand and recruit at all levels from recently qualified professionals to Board Directors on a permanent basis.
Due to planned expansion and success-driven growth we are looking for an experienced consultant to join our market leading Construction and Engineering service line. This person will have previous experience covering Quantity Surveying and Project Management from within a Civils, Highways or Rail recruitment sector. You will possess a proven track record, average annual billings of more than £200k and, crucially, a desire to work in a business that takes its values seriously. We place huge emphasis on responsibility, integrity, delivery and quality and only hire those who appreciate that a job done with these values in mind is a better job. There are many recruiters in the London market, who look for short cuts and operate in a way that simply would not fit at Cobalt. We’re looking for those who don’t as we are offering more than just a desk for a year or two, we’re offering a global career with a fantastic company.

About You:
- You will come from a Rail, Civils, Highways recruitment background
- You will need to be ambitious and commercially minded; these roles are for people who want to progress their career quickly.
- You should be entrepreneurial; you will have the opportunity to grow this desk and take ownership of clients with the support of a Senior Consultant.
- You will be a relationship builder; the ability to engage with clients and candidates is key to your success.
