Reporting to the Head of Construction, the Facilities Manager will inherit a team of Assistant FMs to deliver maintenance to a UK wide portfolio. Whilst you will be supported by a competent team, this is a highly autonomous work-from-home opportunity with one day in the office a week. Some of the initiatives in the first year will be to assess the status quo of the helpdesk system to see if its requirements are obsolete.

The successful candidate will have gained their experience in a multi site FM capacity, preferably in a food & beverage company, however candidates that have had exposure in other multi site environments such as retail will also be considered for this role. Candidates that are self starters, ambitious and diligent will thrive in an environment like this!
