Cobalt Recruitment are working with a leading Facilities Management Service provider who are actively seeking a Facilities Manager in Doncaster.
The successful candidate will be responsible for running a PFI project within a NHS Mental Health Facility. Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for the smooth delivery of all aspects of the contract, which will include hard services PPM maintenance and reactive breakdown provision.
We require a hands on Facilities Manager who can manage, motivate and grow a small team of engineers, you will have regular communication with the NHS and client personal.
To be successful, the applicant will demonstrate a high level of engineering knowledge and previous Facilities Management experience. You will also need to demonstrate effective communication, negotiation and IT skills.
Previous NHS experience would be advantageous.
