Financial Analyst London, City £32,000 – £38,000

An opportunity has become available to join the commercial asset reporting team of one of the largest property companies in the UK. As well as owning and developing their properties, our client is also responsible for the direct management of their own portfolio.

They are looking to recruit a part-qualified Financial Analyst with commercial awareness. You will be responsible for the followings;

  • Delivering month end accurately and promptly
  • Providing information on a wide range of property related matters
  • Providing analysis and commentaries on asset areas
  • Providing utilities budgets for prime clients
  • Developing new reports across different teams to provide a strategic business understanding
  • Assisting with annual budget setting
  • Posting of journals

Person specification

  • Part-qualified, ACCA, ACA, CIMA
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Previous experience working in property environment
  • The ability to communicate on all different levels
  • Experience working to deadlines
  • Commercially minded and passionate about investigating
