My client, a development company, are seeking to appoint a Finance Manager to lead on the group corporate accounting functions – including consolidation, review and analysis of financial reports and a listed REIT, management reporting, annual budgets and quarterly forecasting. You will ensure timely submission of reports to management and SGX, as well as tax submission.
You must be a Chartered Accountant with a relevant degree in Accountancy or Finance. You will have minimum 7 years of working experience, with the last 5 years in consolidation and group reporting of listed entities within the real estate industry in Singapore. You must also be familiar with all SGX and tax regulations, with good knowledge of SAP and BPC. High numeracy and analytical skills, as well as strong leadership and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, is desired.
