Finance PA

This Real Estate Developer are seeking a Finance PA to report into the Financial Director. This company acquire, develop and manage commercial property in London and the USA. These properties consist of co working office spaces, hotel/leisure and retail space. This role is a 50/50 split of light accounts and PA/Estate Management duties.

The Finance PA role consists of;

  • Being situated within the Finance team, reporting to the FD
  • Assisting FD with Finance Administration including bank reconciliations and invoices
  • Assisting with the Estate Management of Company Owner’s Estates internationally
  • Purchasing products relating to Estates
  • Company operations
  • Helping with management of Company Owner’s Yacht
  • Accounting
  • Using Qube regularly
  • Ad hoc administration/organisation
