A fast-growing Residential, Private Development & Management Company is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their London office. The firm are further expanding their presence into the affordable housing market, aiming to acquire a further 10,000 units over the next 3 years and so are recruiting for individuals to join this new team.
They have substantial financial backing from a Fund and are looking to continue to purchase land, existing asset and S106 opportunities across Greater London. With this pipeline, the firm require a Financial Analyst to assist with appraising and underwriting investment and development opportunities.
The key duties of the role include:
- Appraising development and investment opportunities, including land, existing asset, S106, pre-planning and refurbished properties/sites
- Maintaining, updating and managing the financial model
- Producing investment reports for existing assets
- Liaising closely with the Director of both Investment and Development, regularly reporting back to them on the performance of their assets
- Carrying out market research in order to ensure accuracy
This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with a strong analysis or valuation background to join a well-respected firm at such an exciting time of growth. The ideal candidate will be independent, hard-working and adaptable. Although exposure to the housing market is desirable, this is not essential.
