Cobalt’s first German office opened in Berlin in 2008 focusing on General Practice on a national basis. Due to significant demand from clients and candidates the German business broadened in sector, covering Finance/Accounting, Banking and Technical in the Real Estate industry; and region with Dusseldorf opening its doors in 2010 and this year the launch of our Frankfurt office.

We understand that recruitment in Germany is as much about sourcing individuals enthusiastic about the region and its culture as it is about selecting those with the strongest CVs. Our specialist approach is, therefore, highly consultative and requires us to develop a real understanding of our clients and candidates in order to develop lasting relationships and provide a valuable service.
