Our client is a high-growth business in the hospitality industry.

They are actively growing their footprints across APAC and currently looking for a Head Legal with a strong business mindset to drive business growth and lead a team.

  • You will be responsible for negotiating a variety of agreements for companies and clients, including hotel management agreements, license agreements, lease agreements, partnership (JV) related, real estate investment-related agreements and other general business contracts both domestically and internationally.
  • Successful candidates should possess a Law Degree and qualified to Singapore or Commonwealth bar with at least 5- 8 years of experience. Real estate/hospitality experience would be highly preferred.
