Cobalt Recruitment are working with a highly active nvestment management firm who is seeking a technically strong Head of Asset Management able to lead on a major hotel portfolio across Asia Pacific. This Head of Asset Management will be in a key leadership position managing a well-established team of asset and hotel managers, and adding a true hands-on hotel management expertise to the business.

We consider this an excellent opportunity for senior Asset Managers with experience in hotel management, hotel finance or hotel investment to broaden their skill-set into covering a portfolio of hotels, resorts and serviced apartments. The investment work has a global mandate with a focus in SE Asia, Japan and Australia – so this portfolio and Head of Asset Management role will only grow in scope.

Applicants will have outstanding technical and management skills, as well as a good grasp of all aspects of asset management. You will also be resourceful and motivated, with strong organization skills.
